The next ingredient are top quality handles made from the finest Sarawak cane and laminated with rubber strips creating a fine balance of stiffness and flexibility ensuring the finished product has control, power & durability in every bat!Putting the raw materials together is not left to chance either as every bat is made by hand by one of Gray-Nicolls’ master craftsmen! A team of master bat makersexpertly fits a cane handle into the blade.
Each bat is then expertly shaped using traditional toolsto make the bats profile ensuring that each individual cleft achieves the best in balance, performance, and durability and finished off with a string bound handle & rubber grip. Then the final finishing touches includes the stickers and quality control before sending them bats out.
